Mary Jane
A proud graduate of the Elizabeth Grady School in 2000, Mary Jane began her esthetics journey with the Elizabeth Grady salon, where she built a strong foundation in esthetics from 2000 to 2008. Driven by a passion for skincare and a dream of creating her own space, she opened her own salon in 2008—and has been growing a thriving, loyal client base ever since.
With a business built on trust, connection, and consistent results, Mary Jane is known for her down-to-earth personality and dedication to helping clients feel confident and cared for. Many of her long-time clients have become like family, even watching her own family grow over the years.
Whether it’s a skincare treatment or a simple chat during an appointment, Mary Jane loves coming to work every day to connect with clients and make them look and feel their very best.
Lynne
With over two decades of experience in the beauty and skincare industry, Lynne brings a deep passion and refined expertise to every client she serves. A 2002 graduate of Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, she furthered her education at the Elizabeth Grady School in Medford, completing the esthetics program in 2003.

Since then, she has been a trusted and familiar face at Esthetics Evolved (formerly Elizabeth Grady in Needham), where she has worked for 22 years. Her specialties include transformative facials, stunning lash enhancements, expert brow design, and a soothing yet meticulous waxing technique.
